Little Grapplers

Little Grapplers introduces young children to the fundamentals of Jiu Jitsu through structured play, games, and age-appropriate drilling.

No prior experience needed. Classes are high-energy, positive, and designed to build confidence alongside technique.

Ages 10–15

Youth BJJ

Youth BJJ teaches real Jiu Jitsu fundamentals to tweens and teenagers in a focused, structured environment.

This program builds the technical foundation students will use for the rest of their BJJ journey — whether they compete or just train for fitness and self-defense.

New to BJJ? Start here.

Jiu Jitsu 101 is designed specifically for adults with little or no experience. You'll learn the essential positions, movements, and techniques in a low-pressure environment where questions are always welcome.

Most of our long-term members started in this class. No fitness level required.

Adult Jiu Jitsu

Adult Jiu Jitsu is our flagship program — a structured curriculum for adults at any stage of their BJJ journey.

Beginners are always welcome alongside intermediate and advanced students. The curriculum is structured so all levels train together productively in every class.

Competition Team

The Competition Team is for athletes who want to test their Jiu Jitsu under pressure.

Training is more intense, more focused, and built around preparing you to perform on the tournament mat. If you want to compete — this is where you prepare.

You should have foundational BJJ before joining this program. Ask a coach if you're unsure whether you're ready.

Kickboxing

Our Kickboxing program teaches practical stand-up striking in a high-energy, structured class.

No prior striking experience needed. A great standalone program or a complement to BJJ training — stand-up and ground game together make a complete fighter.
